1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the The Rice Barn Thai Cooking Farm website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

The Rice Barn Thai Cooking Farm provides Thai cooking classes, including but not limited to:

• Half-day and full-day cooking courses
• Organic herb garden tours
• Market tours (for applicable packages)
• Hotel pickup and drop-off services
• Cooking instruction and recipe guides

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized booking channels. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB)
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• All prices include applicable taxes

3.3 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our detailed Cancellation Policy for complete terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

• 72+ hours before: Full refund
• 24-72 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-shows are non-refundable

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled classes
• Inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance
• Follow safety instructions provided by instructors
• Treat staff, facilities, and other guests with respect
• Notify us of any health conditions that may affect participation

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Food Allergies

Participants must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 24 hours before the class. While we accommodate most requirements, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6.2 Physical Requirements

Cooking classes involve standing for extended periods. Please inform us if you require accommodations.

6.3 Liability

Participants assume responsibility for their own health and safety. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or allergic reaction that may occur during or after the class.

7. Transportation

• Pickup times are estimates and may vary based on traffic
• Participants must be ready 10 minutes before scheduled pickup
• Late arrivals at pickup points may not be accommodated
• Pickup is available within Chiang Mai city center only

8. Photography and Media

We may take photographs and videos during classes for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to your image being used unless you opt out by notifying us in writing before the class.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including recipes, photographs, and instructional materials, is the property of The Rice Barn Thai Cooking Farm and protected by copyright law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rice Barn Thai Cooking Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
