ORGANIC HERB GARDEN
Visit one of the Chiang Mai’s largest organic herb gardens and discover firsthand
what traditional Thai herbs look like and how they grow…. Feel free to smell, touch and taste some of your own ingredients fresh from the soil!
COOKING & PREPARATION AREA
is designed so that every student can view the demonstration area.
The open-air cooking area style makes our cooking and preparation presentation comfortable and educational for all of our students. Every student enjoys a personal cooking station in our large preparation area. Specially designed working stations allow you to easily organize, prepare and cook your favorite Thai food with ease. Each station is equipped with everything you need during your course.
DINNING AREA
is located next to our Organic Herb Garden and …..This provides a very comfortable and relaxing place
to enjoy your cooking creations when you have finished them. Complementary coffee, water, tea, herb drink are always available to our students in the dining area through the day.
The Rice Barn Thai COOKING FARM CHIANG MAI
is located outside of the city. Just a 15-minute drive from the Centre of Chiangmai.
The kitchen, which is of course scrupulously clean and is situated on a quit compound surround by our own lush herb and vegetable gardens. We keep our ‘’ hands – on ‘’classes each student has his or her own cooking station, complete with stove, shopping block, and utensils.
